A Trans-Canada Train Odyssey on VIA Rail's Canadian, Vancouver to Toronto March 2022 (HD video)

Hop aboard for a short preview of my upcoming documentary on "The Canadian" - VIA Rail's Transcontinental passenger train - which runs from Vancouver to Toronto.

This preview was recorded during our scenic land cruise across Canada in March of 2022. Watch this space for the full-length video coming soon - or see it on my website at https://northamericabyrail.info/

I'd love to go on this trip, then continue for an Alaskan cruise experience, going the other way, of course - east to west!

It's an amazing trip in either direction, IMO. Alaskan cruise sounds great too.

We did the trip both ways. My preview only shows the EB trip but my full length version will have a video for each direction.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan must be tiny, they got so little video time. Or maybe they were crossed during the night.

Did the train ride continue through Quebec and points east?

Very nice video, thanks.

Manitoba is crossed at night going eastbound. There will be more of the prairies in the full-length video that I m currently editing.

Thanks for checking out my vid
