Does anyone know how to reopen a review from an ebay seller after

you cancel an order and receive a refund?

I purchased the Ukraine military stamps on the first day they were sold. The seller came back today and said that his house was bombed and ebay was his only source of income. Could I accept a full refund?

So, I let him cancel the order and I received a refund. And then I got a bad feeling and went on ebay to look to see if he listed the stamps again. He sure did. He is selling them for over $100.

It was too late to leave a bad review, because the cancellation and refund came through.

Is there any way to take this seller off ebay? Looks like one buyer was smarter than I was, and was able to leave a bad review.

Locate it, clink on the link, and that should let you review the transaction - even if cancelled.

It's been a while, so I don't recall the specifics - but that should do it (provided e-bay hasn't changed that policy recently).

Best of luck!

I'm supposed to get them in June. Ordered on the 13th. Haven't shipped yet. I wonder if they are going to try to pull the same thing on me.

I bought a sheet for $14.99 + tax. Now I am seeing single stamps go for $200. I have no intention of trying to make any money off of this. Unless it is for Ukrainians.

I should go check my spam mail to see if I got that kind of notice as well.

Hold your ground. I am having a conversation with the seller. I won't get the original order, but I'll get a partial for the same proportional price. I'll let everyone know if it goes through.

I just went through my mail and found the receipt for the original order. I looked at the details of the order and see that it has not yet shipped. I don't see anything about it being cancelled. The seller I used was "good-service146"

I guess we will see what happens.

Maybe you weren't the only one that this happened to and eBay got rid of him?

Best of luck in any event!

Maybe the seller is not doing this any longer.

I'm sorry you missed out and yes, it was totally inappropriate! I hope eBay looks this person over well as this really sucks.

Take care.
