5. That was Trout with lemon and dill. Sounds delicious!

I remember a meal at Bone Fish Grill called, Parmesan encrusted trout. It is soooo good.

Now I want to find the recipe and make it! But not in the dishwasher; although it does make sense to cook in there because of the steam.
