I feel so bad.

It's a cold, but due to my Multiple Sclerosis medication it's hitting me like it's on steroids.

It's hard to sleep, my stomach is iffy and my nose won't stop.

I have no idea how I got it. I have kept away from people. And I wear a mask to go out the door.

Not much for me to do about it. How long does a cold last regularly?

I keep away from children in closed in places.

Gargle with very diluted peroxide to help with post nasal drip.

Ibuprofen or something for fever and aches and pains.

Mint tea.

"Properly treated seven days, untreated a whole week."

64 years old and always have been taught 7 days in a "whole" week.

But I have to take medication to dampen my immune systems. It's worse than a regular Cold.
