Can a bank see all debit cards transactions, even those reversed?...

Yes, I am going to call them but before I do I want to know what they can see.

I had an automatic payment set up but when the business "changed to a new system" the debit appeared twice in a month. I told them and they reversed one of the charges. The same thing kept happening and eventually they started just crediting my account instead of debiting. It's messed up. When I look at my debit account online, I can't see the reverses only the debits or credits. Can the bank see all of the transactions so I can make sure we are on the right track?

PS I have switched to a credit card so the charges cannot be reversed but only credited back.

Too many bad things can happen.
Use a credit card.
Much more protection.
But to answer your question: Yes, they have a record of ALL transactions.
