Don't use swiffer dusters. It has a chemical on it that attracts dust. Then you leave that chemical behind where you have just dusted and it comes back 4x as fast.

in dust again. Should not happen that fast. Of course the chemical that attracts dust to the duster gets left behind and attracts dust faster.

Some dust is the floating feces of dust mites that have been munching on those aforementioned dead skin flakes.

Dead skin cells and dander. Throw in some dog and/or cat fur and you have....dust bunnies!

I got a dog 4 years ago and the dust piles up on the main floor of my house easily 10x faster. Upstairs it's the same dust as always, but downstairs where my dog is, I have 10 times as much dust and doghair too.

I still love my dog, but what a pain in the ass!

No one will know how deep the dust is until it’s touched…..so just DON’T TOUCH IT. I think of her so often, usually when I’m dusting, because 3 inches is quit high for a dust pile eh??

…of my closet.

It said, “You may touch the dust, but please don’t write in it.”

There are times when you could. Dusting has such ephemeral results.
