(4,345 posts)discussions with a company I purchased a product from. Their on line policy entitles me to a full refund. As we were discussing (emailing) the issue I recognized that it was like talking to a republican --- they get it wrong and they won't admit their mistake. Anyway, I called their information bullshit and claimed it was based on their ignorance. They told me I wasn't entitled to a refund because the product was not received at their CA facility. However, these idiots emailed me a shipping label to send the product to TX! UPS tracking proves me out! After pointing this out I received an email reply saying that they would be willing to further discuss the matter if I apologized and stopped swearing. F** them. I turned the dispute over to my credit card company. When the refund is credited back to my credit card (and I am sure it will be) I will send this company a final email counseling them that it isn't good business practice to invoke righteous indignation, especially when they are wrong and ignorant.
F** 'em.
