In reading through the included information it stated that Premium and Premium Plus members are eligible for the promo. It did not however communicate how current members could enroll.

I sent an email to the link provided asking how to sign up. After several exchanges, I was informed that current P and PP members are not eligible. Only individuals who upgrade their membership can participate. And that they are aware of the problem and will contact me when they have a resolution.

So, they treat their new customers better than their existing customers like many other companies. Teaser rates are nothing new and not an oversight.

I don't wish to upgrade to Premium Plus. If anything, I'll probably cancel for a while and rotate to something else.

It used to be that the CATV/SATV carriers aggregated all the content into one service. That was their one job. Now the top-tier shows are hopelessly fragmented across all these streaming subscriptions, and the CATV/SATV experience is now one of mostly bottom-tier shows, blackouts, and aging technology.
