Lenovo diagnostic help

So my computer didnt oipen my windows but came up with lenovo diagnostics. When I exited. It would start up again and take me back to lenovo diagnostics. So I run all. 5 hours later it finished. So i exited again it did the same thing. I turn off the computer and turn it on and it takes me back to lenovo diagnostics . Any idea how I can fix this and get back to normal windows. I'm writing this on my phone.
