I use Papa & Barkley 3:1 releaf balm.
I dont know if 1:3 is stronger, I dont know how high I would get from their transdermal patch, and I dont get high on the balm.
I dont want to get high per se, long story.
Who uses what?

(130,886 posts)CBD doesn't contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive ingredient found in marijuana that produces a high. The usual CBD formulation is oil, but CBD is also sold as an extract, a vaporized liquid and an oil-based capsule

(41,960 posts)Locally I like Rescue Remedy, Harlequin, AC/DC and a few others. I like high CBD w/virtually no THC for most times but a little is good for sleep.
Try an app called Leafly if its legal where you are. Their information is great.
