First off, I don't know where this is.

Second, wherever this is, you'd think the neighbors know about the parrot.

Third - and I really should just delete the post before continuing - just imagine if this guy was Black. Four cops. Maybe a reasonable response to a call about a screaming woman. And they seemed pretty casual, even before they saw the guy working on his car. But, am I wrong is assuming that the exchange between the cops and guy would have been different if there was only one difference in this video, i.e., that the guy was Black.

Now, if this was in Canada, maybe it would be absolutely the same. Or maybe if it was in a blue neighborhood in a blue state, it would have been the same. But. . . just one little difference. . .
