I have cystic fibrosis and am on the miracle drug Trikafta. It’s costs over $300,000 a year. Luckily I have Medicare and Medicaid so I pay nothing.

Less than 3 cents a pill..Is that cheap enough?....The miracles that it performs were discovered by "mistake"

Hint:....This stuff thins the blood

10. You got it ......"aspirin"...discovered by mistake to thin the blood...In one study, about pain
Mon Aug 1, 2022, 05:38 PM
Aug 2022

the researchers discovered that a group of doctors, who were part of the "pain study" had far
fewer heart problems than were expected from that large a group. After some time, researchers then
discovered that aspirin, the cheapest drug around, in the public domain, actually thinned the blood which
helps the heart.

.......Keep in mind this drug, aspirin had been out there for many years. It was out there in the 1920s..
After the above study noted the benefits, some price increase happened ...Not much but a little.

You can get them for 3cents a pill, but at some places less than that. Aspirin has been out there
for so long, that nobody could claim it for their private drug. It was already out there in the
public domain It has always been cheap, but still is cheap....and a wonder drug too.

Two shots; $8,000.00. Without insurance she would be blind.

during my cancer treatment at about $7,000 per shot. If the enlarged lymph node they saw on Friday’s CT scan turns out to be a recurrence, I’ll be on Keytruda which runs about $150,000 per year.
