2. It's emailed. The message will sometimes say that your mail

includes something for which an image is not available, but that’s usually junk or magazines I think. In my experience it’s been accurate with all important mail, and packages. Really glad I signed up for it, especially while travelling…

13. I use informed delivery and it is very helpful

The only downside is I don’t get surprised by unexpected mail.

I had ordered back in June some Covid tests and a prescription for my husband it was delivered and someone stole them from my doorstep. I was able to used the informed delivery link to put in a complaint and they are sending me new Covid tests but I was out of luck on the prescription.
