I was very curious so went down the rabbit hole to try to see who/what was behind this.

found a little bit - it is a company that does light shows for a living. Best I can figure they are in Linden California which is @ Stockton.

their website (magiclight.com I think it was) includes some videos. The one thing that looked really interesting is that they listed light shows for teslas. That looks like it would be fun to see - but no videos for that.
