2. Adopted my cousins raccoon

His name was Bandit. He was sweet. Could walk him on a harness & leash. He loved my cat Rikki and my dalmatian Mikey. They'd all sleep in a furpile on my bed. Bandit was a shoulder racoon. Unless Rikki got there first.
Bandit washed his food at our kitchen sink. He was a hoot and I miss him. He was painfully cute too. Used to take shiny stuff like jewelry,tin foil,soda pull tabs and had a stash under my bed. We all knew if it was missing Bandit had put it under my bed.

But knowing how dexterous thier hands are and how fiercely bandit protected every member of the family including my chickens I saw how vicious and clever yet how devoted and dear they could be too.
There was a dog that came over unleashed that harassed Mikey. Bandit and Rikki made that dog flee. They teamed up to kick his ass I would have not believed unless I saw it myself. . And the asshole dog never stirred shit with Mikey again.

But I still loved my Bandit. Miss him.
