Flu update: I've finally turned the corner.

I’ve been joking about so few neurons firing in my brain that I could hear “Ping! Ping!”

But this morning I actually can think, and breathe. Slowly, but it’s working.

Thanks for all the DU love. It’s the best medicine!

I’ve been noticing some cognitive impacts during flu infections the past few years. Misery loving company it was good to hear someone else share their experience at not being able to think clearly while suffering from the flu too.

Add aches and struggling to breathe and it’s a miracle we can think at all.

I feel for those not lucky enough to be able to rest and heal.
