Am a *magnet* here: Retired now hate Saturdays/weekends/holidays

(The "magnet" part being attracting Replys detesting whatever I say, who won't accede to requests to leave me alone, who will proclaim their "free speech" and claim they never noticed who they were Replying to, who will hurl "get-over-yourself" and "deal with it", and who will *NEVER* stop Replying.) But I digress.

*** Anyway, the topic is, days/weeks *fly* by and the durned weekends last forever. Horrible. Every day is a day closer to the grave, despite not doing graves (cremation, all papers in order) - hey, am 75 and MOZART croaked at 35!

The mortality thing is always on my mind (to appropriate Wille NELSON), and DU I've got it in my instructions for somebody to post fond notice to DU when I croak.

But my point is this:

2. I hate weekends too

Because it brings back the trigger of that recurring dread especially Sundays of going back to school to be harassed by assholes. School was seriously traumatizing growing up. On Sundays there is gnawing anxiety and sadness even after all these years I have been out of school.
