.

But, there is good news.

I've been doing a Keto-16 for a while and I found that once I am in ketosis, I can have a cheat meal once a day or two and it does not kick me out of it. Granted I'm on an 18-6 fasting regiment and sometimes OMAD, but it's pretty interesting. If I totally blow out of it, I can feel the slight flu kick in and then immediately out of it under an hour. Switching back and forth briefly. Every couple of weeks I do a 2-3 day fast. The 18-6 is the range when autophagy really kicks in and also when the body develops HGH, so that's a daily thing for me. This is especially true as I am in my early 60s. The 2-3 day fast is to really kick in autophagy and perform extra housekeeping. Within the first 6 months of doing this, all the floaters in my eyes disappeared.

I chose the 16 Carb daily limit because everyone's body is different and this varies with your current weight. So, for me 45grams daily should keep me in ketosis, but everyone will be in ketosis if they are eating 16gs or less of carbs a day. This way, you never have to test yourself, unless you blow out of it and want to verify you levels.

I was doing a 44 hour fast every week {Fri 4pm to Sun noon) but fell off of that. I need to get back to that as that is when I felt the best.
I occasionally did a three day fast and that is when I healed the most. Sores would heal and I had lots of energy that last day.

but when I go to the movies I order a medium bag and eat the whole thing. Despite being a medium bag, it’s a ton of popcorn.

till recently. I like it more than other brands and flavors I've tried, which I found so disappointing I hadn't bought any for years.

Decided on a whim to pick up a 3-pack. Ate the first one all at once. Told myself I wouldn't do that with the 2nd bag. Failed miserably.

OTOH, after reading the replies here, I'm feeling a bit less guilty...

only the "small" comes in a bag, with both "medium" and "large" being tubs of varying size. I try not to consume the entire thing because it is a lot of popcorn, but I do ask for layered "butter" on it, so I get another butter layer halfway through the bag.

It's crazy how large the containers are for movie concessions. The large soda looks like a small oil barrel.

WAY cheaper and no fake chems

I think you can even make cloth bags, but as often as the paper ones get a little crispy, I would hesitate to reuse cloth.

Not this brand but cost and appearance are the same. I put a little veg oil in the bottom and use the low fat sprinkle butter...tastes good to me, and yes I eat the whole thing...

I love that thing. Fabulous popcorn, no chemicals and saves so much money

Have you sprinkled a bit of sugar on it? Instant Kettle Corn!

Have you tried popcorn with different colors?

Years ago we used to buy a brand called Black Jewel which is grown in Indiana. It pops white but the kernels are black & white. That stuff is so good! Smaller kernals with less husk.

WINCO has a mix of various colors in the bulk section.

I ate all of it. Only a couple of hours after my usual large breakfast (a cup of cottage cheese with half a cup of blueberries, a bowl of oatmeal, a large banana, orange juice, milk, coffee). I shouldn't have been hungry at all, but I thought it might be nice to have a snack before lunch. Was actually planning to have only a few cups of popcorn, not...14 cups? It more than filled a fairly large bowl.

And I ate a smaller and later lunch than usual...
