In my long gone yoote, the early working years 20s-30s, businesses I patronized gave courtesy calendars to customers. Nice touch.
Later years I need two - a wall one in the loo (for the morning shaving mirror) and a desk booklet one for medical appointments and daily diabetes testing, plus a footnote deal for monumental events from past years.
For the monthly loo wall, I like impressive historical architecture pics, variable monthly.
Recent years have had more trouble finding things to live with for the whole year.
For the booklets, big brand outlets are ridiculous $10+ and sky's the limit at the bookstores. But the Dollar ones are $1. One Dollar type has'em and other two don't, gotta search'em.
This year the selections for wall have been rough. I don't want Puppies, Kittehs, National Wonders, etc., same-O daily. I want monthly variety.
Found an internet outlet. Even topics like for gifting varieties of relatives and Fundie neighbors.

All my dogs think they are something, and love to bark to hear their voice. All happy, get barkboxes, and loving life.
Like all our furry friends should be.
Thanks for asking.

But have you been to a mall at this time of year? I have to go over the pass to the next county but the mall usually has some calendar vendor in the walkway set up. The last time I went, the vendor had a giant display with more calendar types than I could imagine, and I have a healthy imagination. They had over a hundred wall calendars but they also had several desk and book types.
Maybe browse a mall before xmas or end of the year. Then again, a lot of them go on sale after the 1st.
