(57,878 posts)They had to do 3 or 4 takes with Julie warming up under blankets. I am a huge fan,. In real life Maria was not the sweet one, the caption was.

(5,000 posts)And she said after every take the helicopter would land very close, and then take off and totally mess up her hair and costume in the prop wash, so wardrobe makeup would spend a bunch of time on every take redoing her hair.
There was a bit more to it than just that though, IIRC.
