The gorge is too high for his height and body type. And the trousers should be cuffed with a slight break, not settling in a heap on his ankles like that.

The suede wingtips would actually be a nice business-casual way of dressing down the suit. But with the poor (or, as you pointed out, non-existent, tailoring) he just looks sloppy.

Plus, I still embrace the military habit of tucking my shoelaces into the shoes. It looks nice and neat, and there's no constant 'thrap-thrap' of flapping laces when you walk.
