My wife used to buy stuffed critters by the 20-gallon garbage bag full for our (late) 250 lb mastiff. He was always so excited to get a new critter to shred. The people at the local 'church store' would sell them to her for as little as a nickel each for the small ones, a dollar or two for the big ones. They knew she'd just about clear the overfilled shelves with each trip. I learned to go through each batch and remove any sound devices and those annoying little bead bags sewn inside.
