Just watched Knives Out The Glass Onion

And if it is not an analogy of Maga, billionaires, the orange man and Evilon Musk I don't know what is.
Has anyone else watched it? It is currently on Netflix. The place that EM told people to drop becasue they were "woke".
At least I was able to laugh about these things a bit during the movie. Adored it.

I guess it was supposed to be a whodunnit, but I found the storyline to be rather confusing and disjointed. Entertaining, but not really extraordinary.

I am watching Treason now, and going into the 2nd episode. I love the premise as it is developing to be more my "cop of tea".

Great cast.

We can all hope that Musk has a similar comeuppance.

The muskrat character was such a villain. I could watch that movie again someday to catch some more of the innuendos. But it was hard for me to believe that Daniel Craig had a southern accent and who his partner was after watching a certain Christmas movie the night before.

to an email informing her that the factory manufacturing her sweatsuit line was a sweatshop. Her assistant was going to have to deal with the scandal, but realized that her boss was so stupid that she thought a sweatshop meant a place where sweatpants were made. Wonder if it was an Ivanka Trump reference.

Although, probably was already busy with White Lotus.

And I'm having difficulty accepting Daniel Craig with a Southern accent. It just isn't a good look on him.

Only about halfway through. Where can I stream Knives Out?

Not to mention, there are so many of them to choose from. An Alabama accent is significantly different from a Tennessee accent. Hell, the Dallas accent is markedly different from that of Fort Worth, its twin city.

Daniel Craig's accent was all over the place, although it seemed to focus mostly on eastern Tennessee, western North Carolina, and parts of Kentucky.
