As an old Navy radioman ( last duty station aboard a destroyer in Vietnam), I find it strange that I can still send, but have trouble receiving code. I hear that's not uncommon, though.

Although I do cw op from time to time just to keep my hand in. I keep the speed way down though. Probably 7-10wpm. I'm just not comfortable with speed anymore. I mostly op digital modes these days.
