I was laid off December 9th, sadly. Today, I signed an offer letter for a new bona-fide job.

YEAH!!! Looking forward to starting next week.

In 2008 I got fired from two different jobs, the very first time ever of being fired after some 40 plus years in the workforce.

Sigh. I did get another job that kept me employed to retirement and Social Security.
