(13,603 posts)3. Close. I keep a water bottle with one of those sippy cup style straws on my nightstand.
I wake up and can grab that and get a drink of water without lifting my head off the pillow. Since I rarely need to get up to pee at night, it really helps me get enough sleep. I can conk right back out.
If I have had any alcohol, drinking some water during the night makes you feel much better in the morning. Alcohol in large enough quantities can dehydrate you.
