One of the things about a riddle is that any answer that meets the criteria should, in an ideal world, be an acceptable answer. Roger Zelazny riffs on this in Trumps of Doom. What we have here is not a riddle (not that you claimed it was), but more along the lines of "I'm thinking of x which has these characteristics, what am I thinking of?" Those can actually be frustrating, as they are guessing games, and not deduction games.

OTOH, a question like this gets some pretty interesting answers.

Both. One, I don’t see how the words changed the world. Two, computers filled a room fifty years ago. Colleges and governments owned them. Not people.
