Confession: I've been binging on Pawn Stars

I had seen a few episodes over the years, but I was pretty cynical (and bummed) about the whole "reality TV" direction taken by the History Channel, Learning Channel, etc., and I pretty much just considered it just a cheesy, interpersonal-relationship (and probably scripted) version of the Antique Road Show, plus all that messy business about the difference between "what something is worth" and "what you can get for it" at a pawn shop.

But somehow, I started clicking on them when YouTube suggested them, and ...

making millions while pretending to haggle over $20. Same with Storage Wars. The shows are just silly.

Obviously I had my time when I watched all that.

Reality on TV? Really? How about reality right here?

Then HGTV got me and Hubby got into Gold Rush and Pawn Stars.

We meet in the middle and watch Flea Market Flip. LOL

And Dr Who. My Mother would be proud that I married a guy who likes Dr Who.
