The Yardbirds, with Jeff Beck singing lead - The Nazz Are Blue
Cross-post from Music Appreciation.This is fun, even though the Yardbirds sort of lifted Elmore James's "Dust My Broom" (which was originally Robert Johnson's) and speeded it up and added new lyrics for their 1966 Roger The Engineer album. They'd already done something like this, sans lyrics, for "Jeff's Blues" - but it's great to have Jeff singing the Yardbirds' lyrics.
