Do you remember when an Almond Joy had 3 almonds per piece?

I have been watching candy bars getting smaller and smaller. All the while the prices are getting higher. Almond Joy has been my favorite candy bar since I was a kid.

4. I never noticed because the first time I tried one was the last time I tried one, and that was

in my first decade of life, I am sure. Not a fan of coconut in sweets/chocolate/cookies, I am and always have been.

Having said that, my recollection is of graphics/pictures which showed a bar broken in half with one almond lump on each side of the break -- the break showing only exposed coconut wrapped in chocolate.

It used to be two pieces with two nuts each. She said it was always one per piece

There isn't room for 4 almonds anymore. The candy bar is 60%;of the size!

9. What I remember was Mounds vs. Almond Joy. Nothing could bridge the divide.

In this commercial, we see only one nut per AJ section as chocolate is poured on it.

Is Mounds still around?

And they’re delicious. Not a huge coconut fan but the combo of dark chocolate and coconut is awesome.

I have never seen them with three and I have been aware of them since the early/mid-1960s.

Since I’ve been buying them (late 90s) they’ve been two almonds a bar with 2 bars in a package.
