The pictures always did look better than the finished product and in our household of big eaters, servings were never enough. But we had them very seldom since Mom and Dad preferred home cooking. About the only processed foods we had regularly in 1960's besides Campbell's soup were fish sticks and crinkled potatoes on busy meatless Friday nights.

We only got them on the nights our parents had a date night, which was almost every Saturday night. My older sister, who was in charge of sticking them in the oven, insisted that we could only eat them while watching TV, LOL.
