I have never returned anything to Costco but...

I have heard they are easy to do. I got a couple of really soft blankets there back before the holidays. When I say soft, I mean like butter. And the weight is very nice. It's so comfortable!

However, they shed worse than my dogs! I washed before using them and didn't think much about the first lint. Then we used them on the couch and there was white fur everywhere! All over my clothes. All over my pajamas and socks. Then I washed them again. And I think a small dog came off in the dryer. And it also got on clothes washed after I washed the blankets.

I searched some reviews and it's a known issue. One person said the shedding lessened after 6 washes. But dang.

So I either adopt the attitude that white fur on everything isn't so bad and I continue to use the soft blankets. I mean I already have black fur on everything.

Or I return them and look for something else.

The first review says they shed more than Siberian huskies!

I returned a rather expensive item to Costco this month (first time in over 20 years) and it was hassle-free. I'm sure you wouldn't be the first person to return those blankets!
