14. I try to watch my carbs, so after one sandwich

I was still hungry so I started rolling up slices of baloney wrapped in a slice of cheddar cheese with some mustard on it. No bread.

Very satisfying.

My primary care would be very displeased with me. "'Now, if you get hungry at night, take just a little cereal and put some flaxseed on it with some blueberries and only a few tablespoons of milk"'.

And I think to myself "Are you fucking kidding me"?

Sooner or later I know there will be hell to pay for all the peanut butter swirled around in the strawberry jam. But dammit, making a peanut butter jam/jelly sandwich without the bread and only an easily concealed spoon ain’t no cakewalk. And that other adult human in the house detests peanut butter in any presentation other than a Reese’s Cup. Oh, yeah the plot thickens hereabouts.

26. I love eating lunchmeat rolls

I make them with ham,bologna,turkey,prosciutto,olive loaf and sweet lebanon. Sometimes I stuff them with sprouts or bok choy or stuff like that. Get some deviled eggs ,I get different cheeses,herbed oil,mayo,a little avacado or a bit of cranberry sauce,bbq sauce,lil bit of mustard and mix and match. Imake a small smear of mayo or some other condiment in the center of the meat like a stripe than I get cheese wrap it up in the lunchmeat and stick a toothpick in it to keep it together On the side I'll have broccoli,carrots ,fresh green beans and celery with some dip. Get a few blue berries,strawberries or some other fruit Lastly a few triscuits. It makes for a great dinner as far as I am concerned . I go low carb too btw.
