going for. I don't think you should nail someone for DUI if they are not drunk. Most people should be able to pass the field sobriety test after one or two also. They shouldn't even be able to make you blow if you can do that.

I don't drink, so it's not me I'm worried about. I imagine they will be able to show it cuts down on alcohol related accidents because people will be afraid to even get started if they can't stop. A lot of people will be happy that however it happens.

to detect BAL before the car can be operated. If that legislation is passed, than it would seem that the threshold would need to be set at the lowest level that any single state permits.
