Since her education is paid for, she’ll have a great start to live a very comfortable life. Maybe travel. Take care of her family. Hope she does well

7. There are several countries where lottery winnings are not taxed. Germany is one.

9. California does not tax lottery winning either. You just have to pay the Feds but not both like most
