12. Ha Ha, I opened the picture in another window,

zoomed in, saw the logo of the tram cars, saw that cars were driving on the left side of the road further down and googled "European air tram cars" saw a pic of the air tram car with the same logo, got the location of that and voila!!!!! I'm sure I feel much smarter than I really am but let me have it for at least a moment. Moment over.

The current one was built in 1965. The new one will have a 10 person gondola.
