Got through the storm without losing power!! Here's the weird thing

I looked out the window to see several inches of snow on the ground but absolutely NONE of the pine tree branches or bushes.

Later on I'll go out and see what kind of snow it is - regular or with extra special icing.

Close to 200,000 are without power in the southern part of the state.

Hope you and your furry friends stay warm and fed. We usually have some bad weather down here in February, but it's been fairly warm this winter. It's going to be 78 today. I like the cold weather better during the winter, but I think we had our worst cold weather this year during Christmas.

It was slippery so I moved on to the lawn. Crunch, Crunch, Crunch. So no need to fire up the snow blower. I'd need a bulldozer.

I don't have to go anywhere, today, so I can take my time clearing the driveway. It's headed to the mid 40's today and while tomorrow will be cold, I think it will be sunny. I might chop out some spaces across the driveway and let nature work on breaking up that mess.

It would have been a GREAT idea to bring in the feral's food bowls because now I'll have to chip them out of what's on the ground. My back yard Blink camera is alerting so the outdoor fur babies are gathering for breakfast. They will have to wait until daylight. I don't want to encounter any ice patches on my way to the 'Feline Café'.

Haha the feline cafe! Love it!

Great idea to let nature melt that mess.

Hopefully, this will be the last of winter storms! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Stay safe & warm!

Going out in a few to start clearing the drives, got some neighbors that need help. Looks like only snow maybe little sleet mixed in IDK. Gotta be done. Looks like maybe 7” ??.
Then we get to play Fantasy Gardener, found a new bulk gardening store … yippee!

Careful out there, falls shorten lives, so stay upright and prosper.

Later today I might sprinkle it, sparingly, around the driveway.

And, yes, I'm being extra careful walking outside.
