Please consider whether an animal "rescue" story is likely to have been staged before sharing or even clicking on them. In this case, someone probably tossed the cat in the water to make a video for the content likes/views.

Just ask yourself, as the previous poster did, why is the camera person just recording this instead of helping?

Obviously the cat is being exploited/abused in that case, but the dog is visibly upset and likely has little understanding of clickbait and retweets.
