I just told off my dad's wife for not taking their paxlovid for covid...

They are not vaxxed and are antivaxxers. At this point, they will probably disown me. And I don't give a flying f*ck. They are in their late 60s. But he is easily influenced by the b*tch reading those right wing f*cking websites.

So my dad and his wife came down with Covid-19 a few days ago. Asked me what I thought of Paxlovid and I explained a few days ago that it's the only treatment available. You are supposed to start it within 5 days of the start of symptoms. That's the absolute best medical treatment available right now. Their doctor prescribed them Paxlovid for it.

Then she says today:

We've decided not to take Paxlovid and are taking vitamin a, c, and zinc. Our fevers haven't gone over 100. blah blah blah.

She did not like the texts I sent back railing against her.

At this point, I don't care. I'm royally pissed. And long done with this anti-vaxx crap and I didn't hold back. They wanna die from covid-19, that's on them.

Side effects certainly didn't bother him when he was doing drugs years ago.

If that was the dominant message. They were at one point diluting bleach for their bodies in the shower.

can and does affect ALL organs. especially since they probably have low immune systems from NOT being vaccinated or or boosted these last few years.

You did right in trying. Now take care of yourself--take the stress off yourself and let your own body heal. Best

I appreciate your kind words. Gonna try. And I'm going to try and ignore any further texts. All it does is make me angry.

So sad when a family member is too stubborn to learn the truth that would save their health or life. No matter what their politics, parent illness is tough. P.S. I hate your dad's wife--she could kill your dad with her stupidity.

I blocked his wife. If he wants to talk, he can contact me. But I'm done with the right wing horse sh*t. I've been over it for a while and yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back in that regard.

I already lost him when he absconded to Oregon with that b*tch.
