(26,525 posts)are these new symptoms?
How old is Dolly?
I am waiting for a callback from my vet about Jagger. We had a dog with pancreatitis years ago.
I've had a lump in my throat since discovering Jagger's ailment.
Holding you close, debm!

(16,952 posts)In her case it's always a bacterial infection that antibiotics cleared-up within two days. She wasn't as sick as your doggo sounds, though. Keep us posted. Poor pupper. Positive thoughts.

(130,533 posts)Do you have an emergency vet clinic in your area you can take her to sooner? (have used one often since my cats only get sick evenings and weekends). Might be a bacterial infection they can clear up quickly, please let us know how she's doing.

(130,533 posts)I had a cat who got pancreatitis; he was really sick and had to stay at the vet's for several weeks - it didn't help that he was also diabetic. But he did finally recover, and lived many years after that. Dolly will be OK too, I'm sure!
