I do sock, sock. shoe. shoe
Dolly is sleeping, have to wake her up for her meds.

Edit--You can substitute slippers or moccasins for shoes. Or compression socks

9. thank you. Alot of the question came from being a teacher for forty some odd years and asking

students a question for their journals. This question comes from All in the Family. I always found it interesting.

PS I did ask them what was the worst thing that they ate in the cafeteria. You should have seen them writing.

12. I erased the OP thread from yesterday and added a new one. She has pancreatitis and was given IV

liquid and water. I will have to give her 2 meds. She has been sleeping since she has gotten home. (so have I} they did blood work and will call with the results tomorrow. Thank you very much for asking. Hopefully she will soon be on her backlegs dancing down the street.

For whatever reason, if I'm putting on socks and real shoes then it is sock, sock, shoe, shoe, but if I am putting on socks and house shoes/slippers then it is sock, shoe, sock, shoe. I don't know why.

25. I do it "Mike's way" for 2 reasons

disclaimer: I hardly ever where shoes and socks. I hardly ever wear shoes period. In winter I do sometimes wear socks with sandals.

anyway, due to a problem with my right knee, it is hard to lift that leg so I generally heave it up on the edge of the bed to put a sock on and while it is up there go ahead and put shoe or sandal on, then do the left.

the second reason is to keep my socks off the floor. various pets = lots of hair on floor and rugs.
