anyone familiar with this song?

i heard it on a rerun of last man standing and googled
it's so familiar but i just can't place it

maybe it's just reminding me of another song (that i can't place) b/c i keep thinking the lyrics should come in but there are no lyrics in this song

i tried finding out about the artist and couldn't come up with anything

Yes, all of the tunes on these albums (Brit Rock & Brit Rock 2) are based on real hits, with just enough changed to prevent them from being sued.
