Has anyone else experienced this? On Wednesday, I went out to lunch at a restaurant with my cousin. The next morning, I couldn't taste anything. I still can't taste anything. I can smell, but I can't taste. I took a home covid test. It was negative.
I just don't know what it could be.

Lose of taste is also associated with a zinc deficiency.

I had COVID 2 years ago and lost both taste and smell. Have not regained either. Now my taste is even worse. Originally, I just couldn't taste. Now foods that I like actually taste bad. I am a cook and a foodie so this is pretty distressing.
