the chocolate rabbit being solid all the way through. First time I bit into a hollow one I felt like I was robbed. It was good to learn what being a consumer was going to be like, though.

I remember getting hyacinths at church. And hunting for eggs.

We had the baskets with the green stuff and wrapped chocolate eggs, jelly beans... maybe a rabbit? But the candy was never really a focus.

correctly, it was mostly food. We didn't any flowers on Easter. Hyacinths are a beautiful smelling flower.Thank you for sharing your memories.We can have the focus of Easter and still remember the treats in the basket.

egg things. If I were doing Easter stuff now, I would add Peeps to that hated list. They are cute as hell, but I do hate marshmallow.

chocolate that way? We got the cheap eggs that came in a plastic bag and had a thicker filling.

I always hated Easter. But I did like the Reeses Peanut butter eggs and the malted milk eggs. Most of the rest of it just made me sick.
