7. As a half 2nd gen Ukrainian-American I knew about embroidered shirts, pysanski, dancing...

kelbasa, Easter bread.

But I never heard of the flower crowns till 2020(?) when I saw some of these photos elsewhere. So beautiful! 🧡

Their fabric weaving, knitting, sewing, needlework, beading, egg painting all of their traditional arts and crafts leave me in awe. A truly beautiful and elegant culture. We can't let it fade away or be permanently destroyed.
