I ordered three black light posters for my 1960s-themed birthday party, which is happening a week from Saturday (April 22). I ordered them on March 31.
Yesterday I got this in email:
"An item on your order is taking longer to ship than typical. Please reply if you would like to find out more."
Of course I emailed them. I asked, "Which item(s) is/are holding up the order? Is it possible to ship NOW the items that are ready?"
I haven't heard back from anyone there. I'm miffed. I despair.
They are very cool posters. One is the Cheshire Cat, one is colorful little frogs, and one is the cover of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. They'll surely be a hit - if they ever arrive.
