(I think that's a python not a cobra, offhand) and close the doors to every room up there, then hide in one of the bedrooms and call animal control. My thinking is 1) it appears it's heading up there, and 2) upstairs rooms probably offer more locations for the snake to hide and thus become more difficult to find and trap.
Probably be a good idea to unlock your front door first so the responders can get in w/o you having to dodge that snake a second time.
That's assuming I know it's a non-venomous snake. A venomous one? I'd just GTFO.

It's being very cobra-like. And boy was he/she thirsty
First one looks like a constrictor of some kind. A lot less dangerous vs a cobra, esp. when you're a 6'5" 250lb man.
