among my favorites.
I did a poster size charcoal of it years ago that is hanging in my man dungeon.
And let me tell you, the shirt with the shadowing was VERY difficult. I think it took me about 3 months to finally get it. Love this photo!

But all I could find were video stills, and the quality is lacking.

So we'll settle for an Aaaaaaay-o! Aaaaaaay-o!

just north of Chicago. There's something about his musics I find soothing; it's like mom's home cooking.

The music was great and his stage presence was wonderful.

Like the Abbey Road cover ... versus candid photo's taken spur of the moment, like Hendrix setting his guitar on fire on stage at Monterey.

Without this distinction, a topic like this is virtually meaningless

It's like saying 'what's the greatest youtube video' and allowing submissions from episodes of Friends.

The Doors were being interviewed one by one about their name, age and occupation. I believe John or Robbie were first, then Ray and Jim was last.

When Jim was asked his name, age and occupation he said, " Uh, Jim." He then smiled without answering the rest of the questions.

It's always been that sly smile of his that makes my heart pound.

I'll try to insert the video later when I get out of work.
