It's the simple things...

Finally fixed the wonky slat on my bed so the mattress isn’t dipping in the middle, fluffed the featherbed topper thing, put on fresh sheets (the nice, high thread count ones), took a shower and washed my hair. The fan is cranked and oscillating, windows are open. Pooper is nestled in next to me on her pillow.

Aaaaahhhhhhh. That’s comfy.

I had to go to a store in the next county over and while I was there found the mattress I've been trying to buy for almost two months. Got it all ready and slept in it last night, what a difference! My back feels a lot better this morning than it normally does! That means I'll have more energy to get more done today.

It's planting day tomorrow, for my live onion starts, and I have some work to do before that.
