A Heretic and a 2naSalit walk into a diner. No animals were hurt in this meeting!
I met 2naSalit this morning! I was driving down this country road texting away and ran over her trash cans. After she stopped yelling at me, we got to talking……..
No,,,that’s not how it went.
She suggested we meet for coffee, and then went about ordering the most expensive things on the menu, getting it all to go, stuck me with the bill and then hauled ass!
No…..that’s not what happened either.
She replied to my thread from yesterday featuring the Time-Lapse video I did, driving from Billings, MT to Ogden, UT and apparently I drove right by her place! So she was very kind to invite me for a cuppa on my way back by, which happened at 8:00 Am today!
So let’s me tell you about her;
She’s 6’5” and looks like she could cut steel with her pinky fingers. She is stunningly beautiful. Everyone in the diner knew her and they all backed away when she sat down. Cats brought her toys in tribute. The chef ground fresh flour for her pancakes and two hogs gladly gave up their bellies for her bacon. Her coffee beans were delivered to the diner personally by Juan Valdez and his donkey. A Bluebird sat outside the window and serenaded her while she ate and told me tall tales. Deer and raccoons and chipmunks and beavers gathered to pay homage. She had two pet wolves and a mountain lion in the back of her truck. The Maitre’ d cut her bacon up for her. Who knew a truck stop diner had a Maitre’ d? They do when 2na shows up. She asked for a basket of walnuts and cracked the shells with her pinky toe.
Only part of the above is not true. Can you figure out which part?
She is a lovely person, bright, witty, funny and loves the area she lives in, which is gorgeous. She is doing exactly what she wants to do and seems very happy doing it. She is a kind and lovely blue light in a sea of angry red.
It was a pleasure to meet you, 2na!
Oh…and she bought ME brekkie! So next time I come through dinner is on me!

I think you can do better than that! Juice it up some! 
I met a really nice guy who was driving through relatively unknown territory. Out here in these parts, it's good to have a guide of some kind. I saw he was of good nature and intelligent so I had pity on him and bought him breakfast, gave him a worry stone and sent him down the road.
Looks like he made it to his destination okay, what with all the wild animals between here and there, it could have been rough!

It was a pleasure to meet up with a fellow DUer! First one I've met in person! It was fun to spend a short spell reminiscing about the million+ miles I spent out on the road with someone who was out there back in the day.
I'm glad you could see what my neck o' the woods is like, indescribable, really. Have a safe and pleasant rest of your journey and thereafter!
I'll find a good spot for dinner when you head back through!
